Dear user,

Thank you for using the MIX program, version MIX 1.4. This version contains many new features and is starting to come close to what version 2.0 should look like. If this is the first time you are using the program, please read the Quick Start Guide carefully.

The major new features of version 1.4:
* Fully validated
* Some new plots
* Improvement of Data Wizard
* Option to unprotect sheets and edit/copy/paste what you like 
* Some other minor tweaks

By the way, the Flash tours are still not entirely up-to-date.

As I am developing this program primarily by myself, I am taking things step by step. The program should run smoothly, but there are still a couple of incomplete or disabled features that need to be dealt with. Check the MIX website (http://www.mix-for-meta-analysis.info) for more news or subscribe to the mailinglist (via the website or from within the program).
